Sophisticated Downtown Campbell TownhomeVarious projects were completed in a sophisticated design style, using various spaces creatively, in this gorgeous downtown Campbell townhome. A new design was created for the light-filled great room including new dining furniture, living room furniture, lighting, and artwork for both rooms that coordinated with the beautiful hardwood floors, brick walls, and blue kitchen cabinetry. A nook off of the great room was remodeled into a custom built-in office to allow for a small, yet spacious, ideal work from home location. The garage received new epoxy flooring and custom storage solutions. Minor other projects were completed elsewhere in the home such as new artwork, entryway furniture, lighting, and rugs. All of this work made the home rich, warm, and inviting for the homeowners and any guests.

Cupertino Kitchen & Bath RemodelTransitional style remodel of a townhouse in Cupertino. The kitchen, primary bathroom, guest bathroom, and secondary (kids) bathroom were remodeled. The cost shown is for the materials only and does not include the cost of labor or installation.

Contemporary Coastal Living RoomThis living room exudes tasteful contemporary coastal style without being gimmicky as seen is so many other coastal designs. Details were executed to perfection in terms of balancing colors, textures, and patterns in this long narrow living room. Two seating areas were created due to the length with a daybed chaise dividing, yet uniting, the two areas. One long custom rug also helps to unify the space.

San Jose Living Room & Home OfficeNew layouts and selection of new furniture, rugs, décor, and window treatments for the Living Room, Home Office, and Entryway. This also included replacement of the entryway tile, repainting of the walls, adding new recessed lights, and installing a new custom media center with storage cabinets, custom walnut butcher block top, and floating shelves. The existing wood floors throughout the home were retained per Client request for whole home cohesiveness. The cost below is for the design work only and does not include the cost of new furniture, rugs, décor, and window treatments nor any installation costs, painting costs, media center costs, etc.

Los Altos Kitchen UpdateUpdated a kitchen by retaining the existing wood cabinets but painting them a new color, replacing the existing tile countertop with new quartzite, replacing the existing tile backsplash with a more contemporary backsplash from Fireclay Tile that coordinates with the selected countertop material, removing any existing wallpaper, and refinishing/ repainting all of the walls. The cost shown below is for the design work plus all project materials and installation.
